Enrollment

Applications for enrollment are acted upon without regard to race, religion, color, national origin or sex.

Signing in / out

Each classroom has a logbook that is clearly visible. Please sign your child in and out every day. You may leave messages (concerning your own child) in the teacher's box located in each classroom. Please leave a message only in the area where you child is assigned.

Meals

A breakfast snack and an afternoon snack are provided. Our policy states that lunch boxes with a cold pack are to be utilized. Lunches will be heated upon request. Milk or juice is provided at each meal time.

Nap TimeNaptime.GIF

Every toddler and preschool child will have an afternoon rest period/nap. Parents may provide appropriate bedding such as special blanket, pillow, or stuffed animal, as needed.

Clothing Needs

Every child must have a complete change of clothing that is left in the center to be used for emergencies. All clothing must be marked. The center is not responsible for lost clothing.

Infant Supplies

Parents are requested to bring in diapers, wipes, crib sheets, blankets, a change of clothes, plastic bibs, the usual treatment used for diaper rash, and an extra empty bottle that can be used for water, feeding spoon and training cup when appropriate. The center is equipped with cribs, walkers, playpens, infant seats, highchairs, and developmentally appropriate toys.

Picking Up Your Child

All children should be ready to leave the building by 6:00 P.M. Parents should arrive no later than 5:55 P.M. to avoid rushing your child. A $1.00 fee per 1 minute will be imposed for any late pick-ups.

Calendar

Parents may choose two free weeks for vacation during the course of one year beginning from the date of entry. Parents are responsible for tuition every week except vacation weeks. The center must receive written notification of vacations one week ahead of time. Sick days may not be substituted for vacations. Parents are responsible for all Federal holidays as part of the regular tuition payment. On snowy days, please listen for closing on 63 WPRO AM or 92 PRO FM. The center is open 5 days a week year round with the exception Federal holidays. We close at 2:00 P.M. on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
